Spent the day tracking some hybrid drums for a new single and welcomed some new friends as well during the process🎚️
We’ve got a new Snare mic and the LS208 from as well the BoRbon ribbons from !
SE8s are on cymbal duties.
The results are sounding unreal!

Reinforcements have arrived! A random rant helped land these beauties on my door step. The sE8 matched pair with their omni capsules are already tried and tested but the new BL8 boundary mic will come in real handy for all sorts of recordings.
First stop? Acoustic piano.
