It has been very meaningful to her during a period of significant grief a few years ago. We’re sharing it in case it feels significant to you. Rhonda is planning to see the sculpture in person in a year or so. Who wants to travel with the Legit Chix to Switzerland ?

CHIX NUGGET: ABORTION
The fallout from the Supreme Court’s opinion that overturned Roe v Wade has been horrendous and will only get worse. Access to healthcare is imperative, especially in cases of r**e, in**st, and lethal fetal anomalies. Now, only the states and Congress can act to protect these rights. It is challenging to understand how state or federal legislators could act otherwise but in the best interests of women. Take a listen to Roby Brock of Talk Business & Politics-Statewide as he discusses legislators’ concerns about protecting their voting records that can (sadly) sway their decisions. Carol McAfee had a run-in with killer Pam Hupp when Pam impersonated a Dateline NBC producer in 2016 and offered her $1000 to re-enact a 911 phone call. Carol initially agreed, but then changed her mind, as Joel Schwartz discusses here. Pam then found another victim, who unfortunately agreed and was killed by Pam in an effort to frame Russ Faria. Russ and Carol met through Pam’s murder trial and now they are engaged! 💍💒

CHIX NUGGET: A Perfect Storm . . . when Joel Schwartz looked at the evidence and realized his client, Russ Faria, was innocent of the charges that he killed his wife, he thought this would be easily resolved. Instead, a number of incomprehensible events came together turning an easy defense into a multi-year ordeal to get the case overturned and his innocent client out of prison. Hard to find the justice here, especially when Pam Hupp was walking around free. Take a listen!
