I’ve had the privilege of interviewing and interacting with many professional athletes over the past 11 years. When I think of the term “gentle giant,” Tyron Smith immediately comes to mind. He has a truly kind and generous spirit, and the city of Dallas will miss him both on and off the field. Wishing him continued blessings and success in the next chapter of his illustrious career.

Excited to announce I beat my 230 lbs goal weight this week! The left pic is July 2023 weighing 265 lbs (40 inch waste) and the right pic is tonight 229 lbs (36 inch waste). This is my lowest weight ever as an adult. I want to thank my awesome boxing coach and mentor Charles Edward Cotton IV who owns the gym I box at Jupiter Kickboxing. To say Coach Charles has been a blessing to me is an understatement. He pushes me to be the best and to work the hardest that I can every session. Coach encourages me when I need it, and because he is a true master at his craft, his teaching techniques are both patient and brilliant. Because as Coach always says, “consistent improvement is key,” I’ve set a new goal weight of 220 lbs by this June 2024. Thank you to the entire Jupiter family for helping me be my best. God bless you all!

I’m excited to announce that after an almost five and a half year acting hiatus, I've been cast in a small role for an upcoming TV show created by, produced, and starring some BIG television/film industry names! 🎬 Unfortunately, non disclosures require that I cannot discuss my role nor the production yet, but I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity to act again!
