Coat of Arms of „die.Ritzen“ noble pedigree. Goes back to Jewish origins (XIII-XIV century). „die.Ritzen“ seems directly related to the Ricci family, in particular with the Italian Jesuit Mateo Ricci (1552-1610), who did fundamental missionary work in CHINA during the Ming Dynasty. Ricci (Ritchi) is also related to the Hasburg nobility and German-Dutch noble families. The fact that Peter Ritzen appears to be related to Mateo Ricci is of exceptional significance given the artistic and family aspirations with China and maestro Ritzen. More detailed explanation coming soon.
