The people want the truth , even if it's hard to accept at times . The people don't want to continue hearing how great and rich you supposedly are , they want to know how they can do it too.

I'm going to continue sharing the Good , Bad and ugly of real estate and I won't have to knock or disrespect anyone along the way to do so.

I didn't see many tenants complaining during the pandemic when they purposely did not pay their rent, and were essentially living for free. That was one of the direct causes of why rents have gone up as high as they are today after the pandemic. Landlords don't want to just raise rents just to raise rents. That's a really bad misconception and false representation of most property owners

Tenant contact my maintenance man 3 an in the morning saying a bat broke into her apartment lol , and refused to go back in. On a Sunday I usually wouldn't answer a call like this , but she's a great tenant so I had the team es**rt the intruder out .

Should I have waited til business hours to address this issue or was this a good decision?
