Designated hate group Mom’s for Liberty, a group started by and filled with white supremacists and folks who support trans genocide, is planning 3 protests/events at 3 schools in Montgomery County: Gaithersburg HS, Shady Grove MS, and Wootton. In at least two of the events, they will be taking place INSIDE the school according to Mom’s for Liberty.
You should absolutely be angry and disappointed that a group like this feels comfortable being in MoCo.

Ride On Service To Begin Adding Back Services Sunday, March 13th
Changes will be made to Ride On Flex, Ride On extRa, and Flash services.

Some local elected officials urged ABS to pull Russian vodka from their shelves in an effort to boycott Russian-made products with the intent of sending a message to the Russian regime. But what we need is less virtue signaling and more policies that will help Ukraine and refugees from Ukraine who may be settled here.

Today is my 38th birthday. The past few years have been some of the toughest years of my life, but also the most rewarding. Starting MoCo Local has brought me so much joy. I've cultivated amazing relationships and have discovered new things about MoCo and also myself.
For my birthday this year, I want to make MoCo Local sustainable. I've talked about how expensive it is to live in MoCo before, and I'm sure I'll talk about it in the future, too. I've had to start doing side gigs to help offset the cost of living in MoCo.
MoCo Local isn't expensive to run, but time is money, and doing side gigs has taken time away from updating MoCo Local. How can I make it sustainable long-term? I'm not sure yet, and that's something I'll be exploring in the future.
But for now, I wanted to launch something that I've had ready to go for a long time. I had this ready to launch months ago but put everything on the back burner to focus on my mental health. Anyway, without any more word vomit.
