What’s a typical day like for us? It varies!

Yesterday it looked like Lars driving through Detroit, while Meredith hung out the car window with a camera, getting rolling footage of Corvettes and HD Sierras. And then they mapped out a big drone project for next week.

We come from a place of YES with our clients. Whatever they want, we find a way to get it done with creative excellence.

We want to congratulate Kelsie on her promotion to Assistant Marketing Manager!

Kelsie's new role will have her backing up the entire Creative Management team with content creation, organizing new client launches, copywriting, training new hires, and podcast production. Kelsie is behind the scenes, making sure we all hit our deadlines, and the content is gorgeous/fun/creative every time.

Kelsie has become Meredith's "right-hand-woman" over the last couple years, becoming a teammate we would "die without". She has earned a lot of trust. Marketing is her calling!

We worked a dog show in Kentucky a couple weekends ago. Unfortunately, we were so busy that the only pic we took of our team was at Jungle Jim’s grocery store on the way down.

Here we grow again! 🍾 424 Degrees is pleased to welcome Mia Wilkie to the creative team. Mia comes to us from Bowling Green State University (GO FALCONS 🧡🤎) with her fresh Marketing degree.

Mia will be starting as a Junior Creative Manager. Mia’s role will initially be social media community management, and she will be backing up the creative team with content creation. By the end of summer, Mia will become a Creative Manager, working directly with our incredible clients.

We’re excited to be the place she begins her career in marketing.

Mia, we want you to grind hard, but always take lunch seriously and make sure Fridays soft.

We miss her when she’s on her world tours, but we love cheering her on from the US!
