Hey Instagram fam! 👋🏼 Just wanted to pop in and let you know that I'm still here, still creating, but I've decided to take a little break from social media. Sometimes it's important to disconnect and focus on what truly matters: personal growth, self-reflection, and honing my craft. 🌱

During this time away, I'll be diving into new projects, full time job as a video editor, experimenting with different mediums, and exploring my creativity without the distraction of a scrolling feed. 🎨✨ It's amazing how much more I can accomplish when my mind isn't constantly tuned in to the online world.

🌈 Adding a Bit of Color to My Feed 🌈

As I scroll through my feed, I realize that each person I photograph brings their own unique color to my world. 📸✨ Their vibrant energy and authentic stories paint my lens with hues that are both awe-inspiring and captivating. Cristina was clearly visible in the coral dress she wore.

Today, I feel compelled to share a little bit about the colors that make up my own identity. 🎨🌿 Just like a kaleidoscope of hues found in nature, I believe that we all carry within us our own palette of emotions, experiences, and aspirations.

I believe there is a secret about female portrait... secret about capturing women's beauty.

In the past, when I've tried to take a portrait of a woman, I've had trouble getting the look I want. The woman would always be looking at the camera instead of making eye contact with it. They'd look like they were posing for their driver's license photo or something!

It wasn't until recently that I realized what was going on: this was because the women were looking at their own reflections in the camera lens! When you're trying to take a picture of yourself, you can't help but look at your own reflection in the camera lens—and if someone else is taking the picture, they'll see your reflection too. This makes it hard to get natural expressions like those we see in professional portraits of celebrities and models!

And here's how you can fix it: first Learn how to talk with your subjects and build rapport, so they feel comfortable around you. This way they'll be more likely to give you a natural expression in their photos!

Why did I become a photographer? After all, there are so many of us out there. How about yoga teachers or singers—there are plenty of people with creative outlets. For me, the most common reasons for starting a business boil down to two things:

Firstly, to help me find my voice as an artist and secondly use it in order to give a platform for others voices by sharing their stories on.

Trying and failing, trying again, and failing again. I didn’t become a photographer overnight. In fact, it took me years to find my voice as an artist, but once I did it was like finding myself in all this world.

Back to my first fashion studio photo session and this is what I learned three years ago.

-I learned that it's important to have a plan, but it's also important to be flexible. -I learned that everyone has their own style and what looks good on one person may not look good on another person.

-I learned that doing a fashion studio photo session is hard work and takes time.

-I learned that it's important to be very clear about what you want in advance, so you don't waste time during the shoot trying to figure out what's next. -I learned that it's important to have fun and be playful.

-And most importantly, I learned how much fun it is to create images that reflect who you and the person in front of you are and how you want others to see you!

Sun-kissed tones and cool mountain air? Yes please!

Colorado is home to some of the most beautiful landscapes in the country, from snowcapped mountains to red rock canyons.

I can't wait to explore and see how these landscapes inspired the state's art, music and literature. I'm also looking forward to checking out some of the breweries in Denver, as there's a reason they call it the Napa Valley of Craft Beer.

From the passion of creating beauty.. from the passion of meeting another human..

We almost called off the shoot. We were in the thick of a red flag storm, with rain, wind and lightning all around. We were going to have to cancel but we knew that if we didn't try then life wouldn't have taught us anything.

But it seems that in spite of the bad weather and wind, we were able to create unforgettable images. probably there is never a perfect weather for shooting, is there?
