Hey Instagram fam! 👋🏼 Just wanted to pop in and let you know that I'm still here, still creating, but I've decided to take a little break from social media. Sometimes it's important to disconnect and focus on what truly matters: personal growth, self-reflection, and honing my craft. 🌱

During this time away, I'll be diving into new projects, full time job as a video editor, experimenting with different mediums, and exploring my creativity without the distraction of a scrolling feed. 🎨✨ It's amazing how much more I can accomplish when my mind isn't constantly tuned in to the online world.

🌈 Adding a Bit of Color to My Feed 🌈

As I scroll through my feed, I realize that each person I photograph brings their own unique color to my world. 📸✨ Their vibrant energy and authentic stories paint my lens with hues that are both awe-inspiring and captivating. Cristina was clearly visible in the coral dress she wore.

I believe there is a secret about female portrait... secret about capturing women's beauty.

In the past, when I've tried to take a portrait of a woman, I've had trouble getting the look I want. The woman would always be looking at the camera instead of making eye contact with it. They'd look like they were posing for their driver's license photo or something!

It wasn't until recently that I realized what was going on: this was because the women were looking at their own reflections in the camera lens! When you're trying to take a picture of yourself, you can't help but look at your own reflection in the camera lens—and if someone else is taking the picture, they'll see your reflection too. This makes it hard to get natural expressions like those we see in professional portraits of celebrities and models!

And here's how you can fix it: first Learn how to talk with your subjects and build rapport, so they feel comfortable around you. This way they'll be more likely to give you a natural expression in their photos!

Why did I become a photographer? After all, there are so many of us out there. How about yoga teachers or singers—there are plenty of people with creative outlets. For me, the most common reasons for starting a business boil down to two things:

Firstly, to help me find my voice as an artist and secondly use it in order to give a platform for others voices by sharing their stories on.

Trying and failing, trying again, and failing again. I didn’t become a photographer overnight. In fact, it took me years to find my voice as an artist, but once I did it was like finding myself in all this world.

Photography as voice-finding tool. For those behind the camera and in front of it.

It's funny how some days are just like that. Trees as a roof, grass as a food, and all the air you can breathe.

Break and taking piture s are good for your soul. They’re like trees, they add shade to your life. They’re like grass, you can eat it and grow strong. They’re like air, it fills your lungs with all the oxygen you could ever need. Life is busy.

Back on the streets of Zurich with super talented

Creating a series in which the soul of a writer and the magic of words are captured. I wanted to create images that would convey this idea: freedom, creativity, travel. I was inspired by the spirit of Riva’s words, and I wanted to capture that feeling in my photographs. We decided to create a series that would reflect her writing style: bold, colorful and fluid.
