I did for 12 years of my life.🙋♀️ I hated those skinny betches... it wasn't fair.
If you have said this before too, there's probably a good chance that you believe you gain weight easily. Am I right?
So, let's say that you start a super regimented diet with that belief in the back of your mind. You rock the first 3 days of your diet. You only eat “healthy” foods at a caloric deficit …. you say no to the donuts in the office for three days in row…. you're killing it!
But… on day 8 you walk into the office after an exhausting daylight savings weekend & you see your favorite rainbow sprinkle Krispy Kremes sitting in the break room. You can't resist… you cave & eat a donut.
You immediately feel guilty!
You're pissed at yourself because you've been 100% perfect on your diet for 7 whole days, including the weekend!

MOVING WITH MOMMY AT HOME WORKOUTS
Remember that time I was #pregnant with #twinbabies for 8 months and y'all thought I was only having one baby?! 🤣BEST SURPRISE EVERRRRR! But also, how did none of you call me out about this?! My stomach was huge for a first time singleton pregnancy! 🤣🤣🤣
On another note, I'm moving forward with my "MOVING WITH MOMMY" three week online bootcamp! It'll incorporate at home workouts that are ideal to do WITH babies in tow and 21 healthy crockpot meals! 🙆♀️CALLING ALL #TODDLERMOMS AND/OR #NEWMOMS 🙆♀️ How would you like to do a 21 day at home fitness challenge with equipment-free workouts that were conducive to exercising WITH your little munchkin in tow? Unlike the workout in this video, every workout would be cardio-based and there would be no worry about nailing your baby with a dumbbell. I'm waiting for J to drop one on his toe and break it...
Furthermore, the workouts could be easily modified if you needed to pick up your #baby while completing the movements. I've learned what workouts are doable with my #toddlers in tow and what workouts are a huge pain in the booty with my toddlers in tow. We'd focus on the workouts that made it easy to workout with kids running everywhere or with crying #infants that need snuggles!
AND, I'm thinking I could provide 21 days of healthy #crockpotmeals that your kids will love too!! What do you think?! Would that be something that would help you out AND FREE UP YOUR NAP TIME to do something other than workout?!

Have you heard this song? Yes? No? I love the reminder that it IS okay not to be okay. We're just human, y'all. We're going to have highs and lows. That doesn't make you a failure or worthless, it just makes you human. I've been there. And, honestly, I'm going through it right now. But, the truth is, at the end of all of it, we WILL be okay. In most common circumstances, you're going to make it. I'm going to make it. We're all going to make it. So channel the woman that's on the other side of this obstacle you're currently facing and keep pushing through. And, don't you dare give up when you're closest because of one bad day.

The One Question That Changed My Self Confidence
Six years ago I based my entire self worth on my appearance and what other people thought about me. Today, I've learned how to love who I am beyond physical appearance, believe in my God given gifts, and develop a self confidence that I didn't think was possible. Here's one question that took my self love to the next level.
Well, I finally gave into #tiktok... The ennegram 8 in me resisted as long as possible, but then this b*tch Rona took over & tiktok is everywhere... I have no idea how to use this app & almost phoned my 24 year old friend @cassidybrewer_fitness for a quick tutorial...🤦♀️🤦♀️ Chances are you'll never see me do a #dancechallenge but hopefully I can make you laugh a little.... even if my #lipsync timing isn't quite perfect yet. Be patient with me... Go follow & cheer me on if your on Tiktok, this is WAYYYYYYYY out of my comfort zone. K, gotta go, my @chipotle delivery is getting cold.

The pump was REALLLLL this morning after attempting to do way too many pull ups. By attempting I mean that I heavily modify with an assist band! I’ll get back my strength someday but until then, no shame in modifying! I also modify push-ups and planks A LOT these days! I’m strong enough to do them without modifying but I’m terrified of pushing my body too fast or hard after babies and getting an umbilical hernia. Better safe than sorry!
We have been sleep/ routine training the #twinbabies for the past week and it’s finally getting MAGICAL. They are sleeping through the night with 1 or 2 minor waking and are getting some quality naps in during the day. I hate to get too confident because, you moms, know how it goes… you figure it out and then they change on ya! But, while I do have it figured out, I’m setting my alarm for 4:30am to get my workouts done before they are up! Last week I skimped on morning workout times (did them at night) since we were sleep training but now that they are getting it down, back to early morning workouts I go! I prefer doing them in the morning now! WHO AM I? I have actually missed my morning time and workouts! Let’s see how long this sticks… ;) What’s your preference, do you prefer to workout in the morning or at night?
