I have been doing intermittent fasting and a most of the time Ketogenic diet 😆 . I have dropped 26 pounds. I find that this works for me the best out of everything I have tried. It feels effortless for me. I fast for 16 hours till I have my first meal. I eat between 11am and 7pm. After that you don’t eat again till 11am the next day. Once you start doing this for a while you start to become less Hungry and In control of your cravings. You start to eat less. The reason is the fasting helps regulate your hormones especially insulin. Look it up it’s interesting. I first heard about it on the podcast. A lot of mma fighters do this. Look up Ketogenic diet too. Message me if you want some more info anytime. 😀

Giving my mastered Track soup of atoms the car test this morning. I may look serious because I haven’t had my coffee yet. What do you guys say? Is it house,techno, Techouse. Or something in between. I never know what genre to put my tracks in before I send them off. 😂. .
