I am not perfect and I am not going to pretend I never talk sh*t on anyone. I am not going to pretend I don’t complain or I don’t worry about things I am well aware are out of my control. However, I work on it… all the freakin’ time. Once upon a time I realized there was someone in my life who only ever blamed others for “taking” from her or not ever thinking about her. For years I listened to her criticize people I loved and because I thought I wanted a relationship with her I would participate in this sh*t talking fest. Then one day I realized she wasn’t even really present as a human. She wasn’t ever happy and never had anything else to talk about. Not ideas , not well wishes , not cool stories. So I did a science experiment and stopped talking sh*t when I was around her… she didn’t know what to do with me and exited stage left. In all honesty I didn’t know what to do with me if I wasn’t talking sh*t or blaming other for how my life was going. It was like a “ what do I do with hands ?!” moment. She left and I got a burst of energy. I felt better by a lot. So I kept experimenting with my life … I was talking sh*t on my body and shaming her … I was talking sh*t on my past … that crutch needed to go… suddenly I didn’t know what to talk about. And people didn’t really know how to talk to me either. But I felt better and I had more ideas and the depression was lifting. Years went past and by staying in my own lane and presence allowed for me to be there to receive downloads on what I could do with my life. I had more receptors going on because those receptors were back with me and not living with everyone else. I’ve just finished making an online course about Parenting Highly Intuitive Children and though I won’t be releasing it for another few weeks , I felt compelled to share a little piece of information I will be covering in the course.Experiencing and managing overwhelm with our highly intuitive kids is TRICKY. Especially when it is often times something that is completely out of their hands to control in that moment. It took me years to start understanding the signs and reading the energy. Especially in the world we are living in now. The energy is just slamming slamming slamming. Often times our highly intuitive kids are suicidal ,because the overwhelm and inability to manage the energy to too much.I’m not trying to have that if I can help it in any way. There is a good bit more of what it to add to this , not to mention WHY this happens is a major part of the puzzle. I explore with so many parents and intuitives about different observations /experiences on the podcast ,but I wanted to compile everything to one spot ,because everyone absorbs in different ways. One of the first things I learned and pass on to any parents I work with is, if you want to help your child then start with yourself.
Years back , I read the book It didn’t Start With You by Mark Wolynn , where he spoke about how family lines will literally repeat traumas in each generations down to the exact ages that traumas occurred. But if those traumas and traits were , recognized , spoken about , addressed , the traumatic repetition stopped occurring.
This was one of the first bits I had to helping liberate my own children. My luggage was suffocating them and the more their abilities opened , the more they went after those patterns and traumas, trying to clear that luggage off so they could swim up for air.

Raise your hand if you have fallen asleep during or after meditating … 🙋🏻♀️
I wrestled with shame for years , because I would fall asleep every … single … freaking … time I meditated.
The bigger the sh*t I was processing, the more likely I was to fall asleep.
And not cat naps either… like falling dead asleep on my attic floor for two hours. The type I sleeps that you have after too many mimosas on Christmas morning.
The after the sunburn on the beach nap.
For Years this went on. I actually consulted someone very well known and relatively famous in the yoga/mediation community. She told me I was doing things wrong and I shouldn’t be falling asleep.
I felt worse.
Years past , lots more sleep laden meditation occurred and I finally met a practitioner who helped me with a deeper understanding of this occurrence in meditation ( Thank you Leila) and too this day , the blockage of shame around this is gone.
Knowing that incorporating high frequencies into our physical body is something that not only happens in the physical ,but also the spiritual has been essential in my work.
We are made to do big things , with big help and sometimes big downloads need big space.
You are doing big things my loves, let’s not let shame get in our way.
