It’s Black Friday week! Select Patreon tiers are now 50% off for new members for the first month until December 25th. Members get an early viewing of snippets from the pilot cast’s voice recordings. You can also expect pencil test animations in December and fully animated clips from the pilot in February, with more BTS content along the way as we reach the finish line for the pilot!

A new video from a section of the pilot animatic is available on Patreon and Ko-fi for $5+ members. It shows Rham's first encounter with Fury and his realization that strange things are afoot.

Woohoo!!! We ended up with a total of 324 plushies sold! I can’t wait for those who bought one to receive your Talon plushie. Hopefully, most of you will have her by the holidays!
Because we sold more than expected, I’ll look into starting samples for Kota and Luck for the next pre-order.🦕🐿

From now until the pilot release, I’ll post updates and sneak peeks on Fridays when possible.
To start, here is a little more insight into why there are Monkeydactyls in the show.

Kunpengopterus, aka Monkeydactyls, roamed ancient China during the mid-late Jurassic, and the fact they are the oldest creature with opposable thumbs caught my attention. I wanted to use them in the Talon series, but they lived outside the Cretaceous timeframe. Then I thought, what if they had descendants that made their way to North America and evolved into new subspecies?

Unfortunately, there are dinosaurs, flying reptiles, and marine reptiles we may never discover due to the perfect conditions and luck needed for bones to fossilize.
In the world of Talon, I want to let my imagination run wild and create a few hypothetical creatures that may have roamed the planet so many eons ago. Though, I probably won’t make up scientific names for them.

Are there any possible descendants of Jurassic or early Cretaceous creatures you’d like to see in the series?

Happy 4th of July! Our Director, Peter Chung, finished the storyboards and we’ve moved into the animatic phase! YAY!!! Expect some refined clips from the first three minutes with performances, temp music, and sound FX in the near future. The new teaser and character intros are well underway.
