Shopee customer service really not professional .
Ask them to teach how to register as member through call,customer service said through email can settle .
Initially ,I just follow instruction & send ic copy to them too,finally not settle also .
Worst of all,Keep on asking sending same documents & ask the same questions …🤦‍♂️
In the end,problem not solved,change another customer service & start the procedure all over again。
How lousy & poor service shopee rendered???
