This is McKee. She was my first-ever cat and her namesake became my first-ever tattoo. She was named after Maria McKee who was the singer of the band Lone Justice. I saw them open for U2 and they became one of my favorite bands of the mid '80s. McKee was by my side throughout entire young adulthood. From Alabama to Florida to New York City to Portland. She passed away at the age of 17 back in 2005 when I first started hosting Alternative Mornings. The love I had for her is now bestowed on my current crew.

Paramount+ has added more than 100 episodes of Unplugged, as well as VH1 Storytellers.

Thanks to Paramount + you no longer have to scour YouTube to find your favorite ‘MTV Unplugged' performances. That's right, the streamer has added more than 100 episodes of Unplugged, as well as ‘VH1 Storytellers' and ‘CMT Crossroads.'

We had a blast with Phantogram at Monday's 94/7 Widmer Brothers Brewing session at the Star Theater! Thanks also to our friends Dick Hannah Subaru and Quantum Fiber for their help making it happen! Mr. Biscuit got to intro the band and participate in the Q&A after the set. He then stole the house cat's food before being 86'd! It's only rock 'n roll but we like it! -G&B

Lonestar space tech company is set to launch a rocket from Kennedy Space Center to land a data center on the Moon on February 26th. Upon a successful landing, the data center will transmit the song back to Earth.
