KWANDE YOUTHS PAYS OFFICIAL VISIT TO MR. MICHAEL IKYAR JACOB, PLEDGES THEIR UNALLOYED LOYALTY AND SUPPORT FOR HIS 2023 ASPIRATION
On Friday, the 18th day of February, 2022, Mr. MICHAEL IKYAR JACOB, a Frontline candidate for the Benue State House of Assembly under the aegis of YPP, received in audience, a delegation of Youths from Kwande-East Local Government Area and the Benue community at large.
The Leader of the delegation began by extolling the stellar personality of Mr. IKYAR, describing him as a man who has overtime contributed to the growth and development of youths and has continuously proven himself overtime to be a people-oriented leader.
He went further to state that information of Mr. IKYAR's declaration to run met them all with joy and ecstacy as they are more than confident that he will herald the beginning of the change they so deserve and desire in Kwande East Constituency. Adding also, that they believe that this is the beginning of a revolution, not just for Kwande LGA alone but the entire Benue State and beyond.
Other delegates showered encomiums on the incoming House Member and his aspiration, and assured him of their resolve to champion the course to the end. They took turn to ask questions, seek clarification, as well as give useful tips on how best to carry out campaign, stressing the need to take the message to the grassroots.
In response, Mr. IKYAR began by thanking and appreciating the youth delegation for the visit and for finding time out of their busy schedules to visit and identify with him. He categorically stated that his aspiration is borne out of his genuine love for his people and his penchant resolve to cause a rapid change in Kwande East Constituency and beyond. He remarked that having followed closely the leadership trajectory of the constituency, and the abysmal failure of past leaders by their inability to meet the basic needs of the people, he verily believes that he has what it takes, that if granted the opportunity, he will catapult the constituency into an eldorado of excellence and bliss. He stressed that it is time for the youths to take their future in their hands. The House of Assembly hopeful went further to reveal some of the itinerary of events that have been lined up, all aimed at achieving victory at the polls.
Concluding his speech, Mr. IKYAR encouraged all members of the delegation present to remain resolute stating that this is the humble beginning of a not so humble future.
Flowing from that, and as a token of his contribution to the academic growth and development of students, Mr. IKYAR has declared scholarship grants for five (5) outstanding Students of the Benue Community from any Department or faculty in the University.

All BSU GRADUATES have a date with history so come and vote this team and flush the cancaworm that has befallen the association over years.
This is time to stop those who created yesterday pains from enjoying tomorrow potential. Be informed that if a man is given chairman of a local bam but his unable to buy and kill Christmas cows for members, there is no guarantee he will do better if elected a governor.
This election on Saturday 28th December, 2019 is one it's kind in the dirty anals of BSU ALUMNI history. So, I crave the indulgence of all graduates to be part of history by coming out to vote credibility not friendship, tribe, Political party affiliations, self benefits or mates. Please, let for once make our Alma mata proud by putting alumni on global map and join the world of international best practices.
We cannot afford negative reoccurrence of history by given crisis & court oriented persons the chance to use alumni and execute their person dreams in life.
A word is enough for the wise.....as you see a team of leadership technocrats with imppecable reputation.
Voting is done as contained in BSUAA 2009 constitution not by delegate, constitution states that "only financial update members can vote and be voted". Don't allow motive driven persons mislead you, as you come to vote come with just photocopy of your certificate and BSUAA receipt you paid earlier.
