Musicians work too hard to have an "agent" take part of their pay, therefore we are gonna help promote local artists with-out taking a cut of their performance fee. In other words, we are gonna bring the vibrant local talent back to the forefront as it was before the internet. ITS TIME TO BRING BACK LIVE MUSIC!!!!!!!!!!! "I've known Jeff for many years and have always relied on his integrity as a
person and his contagious passion for music and life in general. He gets my highest recommendation for any job he takes on." Co founder of Ides of March and Survivor. "Just a quick note of thanks on the way you handled everything for my gig, from your approach, to booking and advertising, to the catering at the end of the night. You missed nothing and everything in such a timely and professional manner, plus you made us all feel welcome. We haven't been treated like that in a club since playing with UFO at the House of Blues. I'm looking forward to working with you in the future"

Jeff Norman is known to many as a person who represents integrity and a passion which lives within the field of music. This comes as no surprise since he's been involved in the music scene since the early 1970s. Starting out, he graduated from the Recording Institute of Ohio with a degree in Audio Engineering. Next, Emmitt Stone came into view with Norman becoming a roadie of the band. Soon after this, he became the group’s one and only sound man. As the band continued to tour numerous networking opportunities began. This led to his involvement in the restaurant business as a manager/bartender at J & S Grand, BBC, and a few others; and today he holds position as manager of the world famous Dell Rhea’s Chicken Basket. Norman has always loved being around musicians as he feels they are the nicest and most down to earth people he has ever met which recently led him in a new direction, Promotion. Music's Therapy (founded by Norman) a company based on integrity, honesty, trust and knowledge of the music scene with full intent towards the musician. He believes the bands should be getting 100% for all their dedication, hard work and investment of gear, and would like to take live music back to where it was before the digital age took over. Therapy’s slogan: "Bringing Vibrant Talent Back to the Forefront" is sure to stick in people's minds once they work with Norman and see for themselves how truly dedicated and sincere he is in his promise. Norman also brings to the table an arms length of famous people he has worked with and has immediate access to over 40 bands including Jim Kahr, Cool Rockin’ Daddies, Ides of March, Betty Bleu, U4EA, JKI, Perfectly Frank, The Noize, Fierce Atmospheres and many, many others. Jim Peterik (founded Ides of March & Survivor) stated the following about Norman, “I've known Jeff for many years and have always relied on his integrity as a person and his contagious passion for music and life in general. He gets my highest recommendation for any job he takes on. Jordan Maracus (WinterHawk, JKI and numerous others) says, “I've know Jeff for decades. Jeff knows his stuff, professional and down to earth. I would recommend him to anyone music related or not. A Soul Man.” Dirty Dan Buck said, “Just a quick note of thanks on the way you handled everything for my gig. From your approach to booking and advertising, to the catering at the end of the night.
