The girls soccer team kicked off a 6 game homestand with two big wins versus Oakwood last night. JV dominates with a 9-0 victory. Couldn't keep track of all the goals, but Allison Gerbic had a hat trick and Danielle Heiny posts the shutout. Varsity also with a 4-0 win. Goals by Bethel, Earley, Stillings and Hansen and Frantz with her 6th shutout of the season. BIG conference game vs Ross on Thursday at 7:15PM.

This season is the 60th anniversary of Bellbrook Football.
This Friday (9/13) the current team hosts Ponitz at 7pm.
BHS Football Alumni will be recognized at halftime of the game.
Football Alumni will gather on the track near the concession stand at the end of the 2nd Q.
Football Alumni will then walk on the track in front of the home bleachers to be recognized.
After the game, there will be a social gathering at Bellbrook Brewery.
Bellbrook Brewery will be staying open late to accommodate the group.

The Bellbrook Boys Varsity played in arguably the best High School Tournament in Ohio on 9/8 and 9/9. This two day event is called the Kiely Cup and is held at the famous Canterbury Golf Club in Cleveland.

The boys shot 331-329 for a total of 660 to finish 11th out of 15 of the best teams in the State.

Individually, Senior CJ Scohy shot 73-76 for a 149 to finish T-3rd out of 75 players.

2024 Resurfacing Program
Alpha Bellbrook Road in Sugarcreek Township and Beavercreek Township Thermoplastic Pavement Markings Installation to begin Thursday, September 10, 2024

The Greene County Engineer’s Office announces that Aeromark will begin installing thermoplastic centerline and edgeline on Alpha Bellbrook Road in Sugarcreek Township and Beavercreek Township between Indian Ripple Road and Upper Bellbrook Road starting Thursday, September 10, 2024, and lasting two days, weather, labor and equipment permitting.

The road will be under construction between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm. Traffic will be maintained using flaggers. Travelers can expect delays and we encourage you to use alternative routes.

When traveling thru these areas, we ask that you please slow down and use caution as there are unmarked no passing zones. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during the resurfacing program and apologize for any inconvenience.

Background:
This project is funded 100% with CEAO Highway Safety Improvement Program Funding.

Thermoplastic pavement markings have several advantages over paint-based markings. Thermoplastic markings are more durable than paint markings and can last up to 10 times longer. They are also more resistant to fading from sunlight and less likely to be damaged by vehicles. Using thermoplastic road markings is one of the best ways to improve road safety. Thermoplastic markings are highly reflective, making them much easier to see at night or in bad weather conditions when visibility is poor.
