Last workout until July 8th. Today was MAX DAY before break. 86% of our young men made huge jumps in the Squat and Bench. Most players made a huge jump in both lifts, 76%, and 100% made an large increase in at least one of the two lifts we maxed today. Great day to be an AUC. Hope everyone has a very safe and restful 4th of July break.

We had the opportunity to head out for the Monday practice round for this week’s 2024 U.S. Open in Pinehurst, NC.
Tournament play begins this Thursday and will be featured on NBC & Peacock.

The Dillon Wildcat baseball team made great strides this season and though this was not the ending they were wanting, still a lot to be proud of this season. Take all the experience from this past season and use it to come back stronger next year!

The Lake View Wild Gator baseball had a heck of season and came up just short in the Lower State Championship game this year! A season to remember for sure for these young men and even though it is not how you wanted it to end, still something to be proud of!
A major congratulations to Coach Kip Herlong for reaching the 600 milestone win total this season and being elected to the SCBCA Hall of Fame. Thank you coach for taking time out of your busy schedule to come on our show this off season. The openess you and your staff were to us is greatly appreciated. The Dillon Christian Warriors defied many odds this season and made the playoffs for the first time since the 2020-2021 season. Without a senior on the team, this team improved every day and did not give up.
