GENERAL GUIDELINES
-All submissions should be sent as attachments via email to [email protected].
-Please include in your email your name/how you would like to be credited, as well as the title of your work.
-Submissions should fit the overall theme and aesthetic of the magazine. Bleak’s goal is to explore the darker aspects of the future through the mediums of art, writing, photography, and
music. Simply put, if your work is bleak or futuristic, we would love to include it. ART
-Preferably 300PPI or higher.
-Can be a .psd, .png, or .jpg file.
-Submissions can be in black and white, greyscale, or color, but keep in mind that all printing will be done in black and white.
-All art is welcome: drawings, comics, paintings, photographs, everything. WRITING
-Word count should be kept under 1000 words, unless otherwise necessary. (Shoot us an email for any questions/concerns!)
-Writing should be a Word document or rich text file.
-Writing should mostly be creative fiction, but we can also accept reviews and interviews. MUSIC
-Send us a link to your streaming site (Soundcloud, BandCamp, etc.) and we can include your work via QR code! If you have any questions regarding submissions, or about Bleak in general, feel free to shoot us an email:
