PT. Citra Bhakti Sejahtera, established since 2006, a company that is operating in Law & Customs Consultant, Customs Services, completed with our Target especially Consulting Service, Handling Customs Clearance and Customs facility, to them conc
erning the applicable law and regulation in permit application with Government Agencies required for supporting import and export. The Customs and their facilities or licenses we provide are as follow:
1. Handling Customs Clearance of Import / Export
2. Temporary Import for Goods, Vessel and Plane
3. Handling Customs Facility (Bonded Zone, Master list, Import Duty Free for Equipments Vessel, etc)
4. Import Facility for Export Destination (Kemudahan Impor Tujuan Ekspor/KITE), an Import Duty
Free and Tax Facility.
5. Permit Masterlist for Oil and Gas Activity (BP Migas, Dirjen Migas, Bea & Cukai).
6. Permit for expanding investment and their facilities from Investment Coordinating Board (Badan
Koordinasi Penanaman Modal/BKPM)
7. Permit for Importing drug Material and finished drugs from food and drug agency (Badan
Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan/BPOM) or Medical Equipments from Department of Public Health
for Pharmacy industry and Hospital.
8. Consultant for Customs of Law regarding to dispute value of Customs or Cost Tariff to Director
General Customs & Excise, Court of Tax and Supreme Court (MA)
9. And many other permits from various Government Agencies like Directorate General Oil & Gas
(Dirjen Migas), Executive Agency oil & Gas Activity (BP Migas). Some of permit have been done by PT. Permit of using Corporate Guarantee with putting Letter of Guarantee (Jaminan Tertulis) import
duty and import tax for Temporary Import of Vessel.
2. Permit of Import CFC (Ozone Layer Destructing Material) for Multinational Pharmaceutical
IndusIndustry at the end of 2007.
3.Permit of Master List for Oil & Gas Company.
4.Have an audience to Customs & Excise port of Authority Tanjung Priok and Directorate Customs
of Technical to Avoid Correction Notes (NOTUL) or to Pay More Import Duties and Tax. In our business course, as a member of Indonesia Customs Services Association (ASAKINDO) , Asosiasi Pengusaha Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan Indonesia) and as Chief of Board Jakarta, we did to make opinion or comment about customs in daily newspaper Bisnis Indonesia and participate in meetings and seminars held by ASAKINDO or others to increase our knowledge of forwarding and socialization with other members and the development of the applicable law and regulation in customs.
