What participants said in 2023!

"I enjoyed the Zoom meetings and the use of padlet for ideas and discussions. I really liked the lectures and how they were broken into smaller chunks."

I loved Alyson's lectures and the clear way she explained her thoughts and connected them to books on the 2022 and 2023 CBCA shortlists. The discussions were very helpful in allowing me to see activities play out in real life and to hear the range of thoughts and opinions of the other participants. I liked that there were activities set for the participants to facilitate our thinking but that there was no requirement to complete them for assessment. The methods of delivery were interesting and varied and provided inspiration on how they might be used in the classroom.
