While B0NES is building a big bore big stroke 5.3, we figured we’d try our luck at Rocky Mountain Race Week 2.0. We pulled the most unreliable vehicle in the fleet out of the weeds, slapped a 2 A.M marketplace LS in, ACES Fuel Injection Jackpot engine management, Carchains3D screen mount, and Jeepers old S488 to run the 11.0 class. Conservative and consistent has always been our strong suit, so a week long race should go perfect 🤣.

Let’s talk about customer service! I had a bearing failure in my custom Circle D Specialties 252mm converter Wednesday night testing for War in the Woods No Prep, pulled it out and confirmed at 1:30pm on Thursday, I sent Pete a few pictures of the failed parts and in less than an hour he had a replacement built and ready to ship! I received the new converter Friday morning and am currently putting the car back together. If that isn’t amazing customer service I don’t know what is! With over 300 passes in the last year it surely hasn’t had an easy life. This kind of service is why Circle D is the top of the game in converters and we are more than honored to have them as part of our race program!

I think it’s about time to get some riding in but want to get y’all’s opinions on what power plant to put in the mega before we bring it back out! We have everything to do a Twin turbo 5.3/th400 combo obviously controlled by Holley Terminator X or we have a complete stand alone LBZ duramax/4l80 setup we could throw in it! Tell me what y’all want to see and why! Ps, the stock motor didn’t fair too well to that swim lol
