Northern Monkey Music is an independent record label set up in 2013 by Trance producer Si Baldwin and Drum & Bass producer Andy Williams (Digital Native) as a way of promoting and releasing their own tunes as well as being a platform to sign and release music from other up and coming dance artists and producers. ing quality electronic music to the forefront of the EDM scene and to create a positive music brand where new, creative and innovative music is made, remixed and released. Whether it’s Drum and Bass, Trance or House, Northern Monkey Music ensures quality and most of all banging dance tunes. In our eyes “It’s all about the music” which we know is something that slowly being forgotten in this digital age.
2013 looks to be a promising first year for Northern Monkey Music with big releases from Si Baldwin including his debut album “From the Desert to the Dancefloor” (released August 2013) and the debut EP from Digital Native entitled ‘Inception’ (released 23/9/13). In addition to this Northern Monkey Music aims to bring new up and coming artists and remixers on board over the coming months and build a strong artist stable with an even stronger reputation for quality releases.
