I’ve been using this cream on and off for a few weeks now. We’ll first start off with the fluorescent yellow color, apparently that’s the natural color of retinal (Retinaldehyde)! There’s no discernible scent. The cream does have a thick consistency but it spreads easily. It doesn’t fully dry down but my face doesn’t feel sticky/tacky nor does it transfer to my pillow. The first week I used it twice and my face did feel a bit dry. But I haven’t had any dryness since then. When I use it more consistently my skin looks brighter and feels very moisturized. This cream will definitely be a repurchase for me.

While I was looking forward for the extra pore coverage, I honestly don’t think it delivered. I took 3 pictures, my bare skin, with primer and the last one with foundation over the primer. I notice maybe a tiny difference but not much. I do like that my skin feels very soft and the primer itself on the skin doesn’t feel slick/siliconey. The texture is airy and light and dries down fairly quickly. It doesn’t have a discernible scent either. It does have a matte finish perfect for the summertime or if you have very oily skin. I do have oily combo skin, and the dry parts don’t feel overly dry. I’m still up in the air about this primer so I’ll continue to use and give my final thoughts in a few months.

I’m one of those people that wears sunscreen on the daily. So I’ve tried quite a few sunscreens in my lifetime. The texture of this sun essence is more of a light weight moisturizer, it feels very light on the skin and doesn’t have the sunscreen smell. It does smell citrusy but isn’t overpowering and dissipates quickly. I’m on the tan side and this doesn’t leave a white cast! This does leave a dewy finish which I personally don’t mind. This’ll definitely be a repurchase for me!

I’ve used the mask a couple of times and I like to put the clay portion on my forehead, nose and cheek area as those are my oily parts. The clay mask is your typical clay mask, it definitely helps control oil but the parts where I apply this don’t feel overly dry. The green mask smells minty and refreshing on the skin. I apply this on the remainder of my face. Once dry it tightens up my face. Overall I really liked this dual mask, my pores and face feel nice and tight but not dry.

I don’t really wear a lot of makeup but I do like using primer to help blur out larger pores. This primer is a thick gel formula that has an instant cooling effect on the skin. Since this is a silicone free primer it doesn’t leave a slick feel on the face, rather the face is left feeling very soft to the touch. When applying the primer, make sure to throughly blend it into the skin as it’ll leave a white mark on the skin. This primer also leaves the skin looking matte which lasts the whole day.

Starting off the with the ampoule, it’s an almost gel type ampoule with white beads mixed in. It doesn’t have a discernible scent and sinks into the skin very quickly leaving no stickiness/tackiness behind. The beads are felt very briefly on the skin. The toner is very watery and also doesn’t have a discernible scent. It also sinks into the skin quickly leaving no stickiness/tackiness behind. I have noticed that my skin oiliness is balanced and my skin tone is even and bright.

This face oil serum is housed in a clear plastic bottle with a dropper. The oil has a slight herbal scent that dissipates quickly. 2 drops is more than enough to cover the entire face. I made the mistake of using about half of the dropper and it felt very heavy and greasy on my face. When I used less, the oil quickly sunk into my face and there was no oiliness/greasiness left behind. This oil can be used both in the am and the pm, I definitely look forward to seeing what changes this brings to my skin.

I’ve been reaching for this so often that it has become my go to night cream. It’s housed in a plastic refillable jar while the outer container is plastic (both are recyclable). There’s also a space on the front of the refillable jar to put the date so that you’re able to keep track of the shelf life. Looking at the cream it looks thick but it’s texture is a mix between a gel and cream. It has a light lavender scent but it didn’t last long on the skin. I have oily combination skin and it doesn’t feel heavy on my oily parts but leaves it well moisturized. On the dryer parts of my face it doesn’t feel light weight, it moisturizes those parts just as well. This cream doesn’t leave my face sticky/tacky and absorbs into the skin quickly. My face feels soft and supple the next day. Moisturization wise this cream would work great for all skin types. I’ve been using the ampoule for a few weeks now, so I’ve been lucky enough to test this both in warmer and cooler weather. The ampoule has a watery, lightweight texture that sinks into the skin quickly. It has no discernible scent and doesn’t leave my skin sticky/tacky. I have oily/combination skin and it has left my oily and drier parts of my face feeling equally moisturized. Since the texture is very watery it doesn’t feel heavy on my oily parts of my face. As the colder months are quickly approaching this is definitely an ampoule that I would recommend incorporating into your routine, whether it be in the morning or nighttime. I actually had previously purchased this moisturizer and have been using it throughout the summer. The cream comes in a white squeezable bottle that can be customized with the included stickers. The cream itself is very lightweight which is great for those with oily skin. It has no discernible scent and it doesn’t leave my face sticky/tacky or greasy looking. Since I do have oily/combination skin, this cream has helped my skin stay balanced. My oily and dry parts of my face are equally moisturized. I have already repurchased this cream and will continue repurchasing in the future.

This’ll be a first impressions review on the vitamin c serum and the calendula cleansing water. I have used the essence and exfoliating pads before.

Starting off with the cleansing water, I’m going to be honest I don’t use and don’t like cleansing water products because they don’t clean that well and leave residue behind. While this one didn’t leave residue behind, my face didn’t feel as clean as I would like it to be (I used it in the morning btw). It does have a slight herbal scent that lingered afterwards. The essence has a watery consistency and it didn’t leave my face sticky/tacky. It also has no discernible scent. I have used this essence before and I like it as it sinks into the face fairly quickly. The vitamin c serum has a light citrus scent, that oddly enough I enjoyed. It sinks into the skin quickly and I had no irritation (it’s important to use sunscreen afterwards). It also doesn’t leave the skin tacky/sticky. The kit comes with 2 variations of the exfoliation pads, wine and green tea. The exfoliation pads are double sided, one side is abrasive and the other soft to remove any debris. These are my go to exfoliators as they are both a manual and a physical exfoliator. This kit is such a great way to try out 5 different neogen products.

The triple deep erasing cream is intended for aging mature skin which helps even out the skin tone, melasma, dark spots, hyperpigmentation, and of course reduce fine lines and wrinkles. While this cream provides deep moisturization it feels heavy on my oily/combination skin. One of the major drawbacks is the heavy floral scent. It can be somewhat overwhelming and this is coming from someone that has a very bad sense of smell. The toner also has a heavy floral scent. I’ve used the old formula and didn’t like it and unfortunately it’s the same with this formulation. This toner also left my skin sticky/tacky. The vitamin c ampoule smells like sulfur which oddly enough I didn’t mind. The ampoule felt light on the skin and I had no irritation. I look forward to continue using the ampoule.

Both sheet masks are made of a thick cotton. Length wise they’re pretty long for my face but width wise they’re a little short. The blue ampoule is clear and I like that the ampoule is gel so it doesn’t run all over the place. Both masks were left on the face for 15 minutes. The blue ampoule variety left my face feeling very hydrated and refreshed. The ampoule didn’t have a discernible scent and didn’t leave my face sticky/tacky. I didn’t really see much of a difference with the mud mask. My face did feel a little bit tighter though. I like to sheet mask so I’ll continue to use.

~Jojoba Oil Serum~

This serum is a yellow hydrating facial oil that penetrates deeply into the skin which balances oil & sebum production without clogging pores. It doesn’t have a discernible scent and I find that the oil remains on the top layer of the skin.

~Hyaluronic Acid Ampoule~

A clear, thick hydrating ampoule which gathers and retains moisture in the skin. It prevents moisture from evaporating, and reduces external irritation. It has no discernible scent and was absorbed quickly into the skin leaving no sticky/tackiness behind.

~Peptide Ampoule~

A light yellow, thick moisturizing ampoule for sensitive skin that soothes and nourishes irritated skin. It has no discernible scent. This ampoule took the longest to completely absorb into the skin. But once it absorbs into the skin there’s sticky/tackiness left behind.

In all this is a great trio to have especially with the colder weather. I look forward to using these in my daily routine.
