Kapag hindi mo hineal yung issues mo sa father/mother mo, it will surely reflect on your relationship kasi the partner you attract is the exact reflection of your shadow self. Or aspect ng sarili mo that you hate, supressed and denied. Most of the time it is unconscious. (Hindi ka aware unless you start working on yourself)

If for example, na experience mong iniwan ka ng magulang mo, (pwedeng physically or emotionally unvailable sila) that can be very traumatic to a child. This child will develop fear of abandonment and/or fear of commitment. This child will believe that in order to feel loved, he/she needs to work for it. Dito nagpo form ung PEOPLE PLEASING pattern. Yung ibibigay mo lahat sa iba wala kang ititira sa sarili just so you feel loved.

So if may physical and emotional abuse na involved ganon din, ma po program ka na maniwala na normal lang yung ganon so you will be attracted to that kind of behavior.

Remember Johnny Depp once said in one of his statements, sabi nya his relationship with amber heard is like having a relationship with his narcissistic mother. Ibang mukha lang pero same dynamic. Ganon yun, uulitin mo lang kapag hindi ka natuto.

Kapag may ganong pattern ka, kahit may magmahal pa sayo ng totoo. Aayawan mo yun. Hindi ka feeling safe sa ganong set up na ikaw ang mas minamahal kasi hindi na model sayo yun. So maattract ka lang sa taong hindi ka pinapahalagahan o magpapaalala sayo ng kind of abuse na na experience mo nung bata ka kasi akala mo normal lang yun. Why? kasi ganyan lang ang klase ng love na naiintindihan mo based sa na experienced mo.

Also, kapag hindi mo binigyan yung sarili mo ng time magalit like iniisip mo na masamang magalit sa magulang and you should forget the past and forgive, then your wounded inner child will hate you even more and it will show up in your romantic relationship until you find the courage to see, hear and understand this aspect of yourself.

Healing the innerchild is the key. Reparent yourself muna before you even consider having a child kasi if hindi, you will continue to pass the trauma and this is how generational karma (lesson) is passed on. Especially kapag millennial generation ka din or (scorpio pluto). We are the most damaged generation and our collective mission is to heal all our trauma so we don't have to pass it to the next. This is why i'm very passionate about this topic. Since I've been working in healing my trauma, I can help people heal themselves too.

Kaya hindi ako mapapagod na ulit-ulitin na SHADOW WORK is the only way to heal. If you don't do anything to integrate your fragmented self, you will continue to attract abusive relationships.

So hindi ka BOBO for falling in love with a cheater ng paulit-ulit -- You were highly traumatized. You are operating in an auto-pilot kung ano ang pattern mo nung bata ka at lahat ng sinasabi mong kabobohan na nagawa mo is just a trauma response that you can heal from if you do the inner work. So forgive yourself!! It's your time to heal.

Healing our trauma is mission-critical. It may not be our fault that we got traumatized but our healing is always our responsibility. When you heal yourself, you will also heal your next generation and the WORLD! There is power within you, use it. Don't let your trauma define you, you are powerful than all of this. TRUST!!
