While I wait on the last chapters for book 2, I've already outlined book 3 and made a start on the first draft.

The first batch of chapters are back from my editor, so Book 2 is moving forward again. It'll still be some time yet, but I'll be looking for Beta readers when this pass is done.

Book 2 is with the editor, progress is being made. :)
While he covers it in notes, I've also started on the detailed outline of book 3.

One of the best thinks about writing is how portable it's become.
You can be sitting on a train, or otherwise out and about and an idea comes to mind. In the past you have to have a pen and paper on you to jot down a note or two.
But these days you can just talk to your phone, and get the whole piece written right there and then.
Which is great.
Doesn't explain why writing a book takes so long however.... oh well never mind.
