Thunder Underground Podcast featuring interviews from the world of hard rock, metal, and other genres of rock music. After a brief hiatus T.U.

Thunder Underground started as a music review/news 'zine back in 1995. You could find the issues at local Tulsa businesses such as the old location of Starship Records and Tapes. made its return in the form of a web site for a short-lived period. In-fighting, Mayonaise disputes and of course the ever-cliche musical/creative differences led to the demise of its web presence. In 2013, thanks to foun

ders Trent and Jason reconciling - Thunder Underground re-emerges as not just a force to be reckoned with, but a reason for you to want to live again. That hole in your soul has now been filled. The podcast debuted in May 2015, and has continued to break through the glass ceiling. Jason stepped away from the podcast in late 2021, but this time it was an amicable split as he has returned many times as a guest host.

The core of rock music is the live show. There are very few people in this area of the country you would see at nearly every show you attended. Greg Stephens gave his support to every local band in the Oklahoma and surrounding area. He attended nearly every show - It didn't matter if it was heavy as hell like Crowbar or , old school like Poison or Ratt, or modern like Shinedown or Seether - Greg was there... not to mention showing his support for this podcast, and always telling me who I needed to get on the show as a guest. Rest easy, my friend, you will be missed.
