* At 356 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Geneva-On-The-Lake to 7 miles northwest of
Orwell to near Garrettsville, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
Erie, Ashtabula, Conneaut, Geneva-On-The-Lake, Cortland, Geneva,
Girard, North Kingsville, Middlefield, Kinsman, North Bloomfield,
Orwell, Albion, Andover, Linesville, West Farmington, Pymatuning

* Until 730 PM EDT.

* At 652 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Meadville,
moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect damage to
trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
Meadville, Union City, Cambridge Springs, Riceville, Lincolnville,
Canadohta Lake, Guys Mills, Saegertown, Blooming Valley, Townville,
Spartansburg, Venango, Elgin and Woodcock.

..LAKE EFFECT SNOW WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM FRIDAY TO 7 AM
EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations
of 6 to 11 inches. Wind gusts of 30 to 35 mph are possible.

* WHERE...Southern Erie county.

* WHEN...From 1 AM Friday to 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest snowfall accumulations are expected
in the eastern half of the county. The heaviest snowfall rates
are expected Friday morning, with possible one inch per hour
rates. This will cause hazardous travel conditions, particularly
along the I-90 and I-86 corridors.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.

The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania

* WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4
to 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph are possible for
Erie Lakeshore with gusts of 30 to 35 mph for Crawford County.

* WHERE...Northern Erie and Crawford counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM Friday to 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Timing for the heaviest snowfall will be
early Friday morning into the early afternoon hours, which may
cause hazardous travel conditions across the areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.
