The blessing of eating freshly picked fruits straight from the tree. WHY I THINK MY NUTRITION AND SUPPLEMENTATION SAVED MY LIFE FROM A HEART ATTACK!
If my nutrition was bad and if I had never taken any supplements to enhance my health my strength and my fitness, I could have had a dramatically increased risk of dying when I had the arterial thrombosis that also caused me potentially lethal ventricular tachycardia, and consequently it’s caused me a heart attack. My arteries might have been blocked with plaque if my nutrition was abysmal, and in addition to the blood clot I had, things could have increased the damage that could have caused a more lethal heart attack.
In the past four months I had been already shooting a few videos of my cooking and food preparation to share on Instagram and on YouTube, on a regular basis. All in addition to my tips and tricks about how to stay perfectly healthy, very strong and young over the age of 50. In the cooking video series, I show how I am fully in control of my nutrition, and how my method makes it so easy for anyone to learn how simple it is to select your nutritious healthy food how to get rid of all the unnecessary, inflammatory, and empty calorie processed foods. Not only you do not need to be a chef to make generous healthy and above all incredibly delicious meals, but also how it is so simple to prepare the food so quickly in under 15 minutes or less. I will be sharing a plethora of videos showing how I do it, how fun it is and how, just by seeing it on video, delicious edits! I promise!

In this video, I talk about the amount of eggs I have always consumed, at least 60 to 80 eggs including their yolks on monthly basis, and how most people have the misconception that eggs high cholesterol content was sure to clog my arteries work plaque and Kill me one day. Well, when they scanned my arteries at the hospital, the doctors were sure to find that my arteries were blocked, and I had told them that no way they will find any plaque, and I was right, they found that there was no blockage at all, furthermore my cholesterol levels, for a 58 year old man who eats tons of eggs yolks, were the perfect values… far from what you would think of you believed that eating too many eggs would raise your cholesterol levels and that it would for sure clog your arteries!!

HOW MY FITNESS SAVED MY LIFE!
To tell you the truth, it’s my lifestyle and my fitness that has saved my life. I suffered an arterial thrombosis, A blood clot has formed in my arteries which has caused me a severe tachycardia and a heart attack. The doctors initially thought I had a blockage due to plaque and they used catheterization to investigate my arteries and eventually put a stent if there was a blockage due to plaque, however my arteries were squeaky clean no blockage and no plaque whatsoever, just as told the doctors because I knew my nutrition and my activity would haven’t prevented that, and I was right. The blood clot was the culprit and despite all the hypothesis of what could have caused it we couldn’t figure out how it happened. I had never been on any medication, my nutrition and my fitness are on point and I was perfectly healthy… a pure picture of youth and health. When my tachycardia started and I nearly fainted while I was driving, I pulled over and I thought maybe because I was just too tired because I was overworked, so I drove back home and I took my blood pressure measurement only to find it was very low, but the measuring device kept giving me an error regarding my heartbeat. This was nearly 15 minutes after my tachycardia started and without knowing it, I was suffering a heart attack in the mean time. So I got so concerned and I drove to the ER and only after they received me and ran an ECG they realized I was in a life-threatening situation. When they took me to the ICU they could not understand how I was talking walking standing up normally as if I was not having anything despite the life-threatening situation I was in. Thank God I drove to the ER because I was thinking I was just too tired Otherwise if I had decided to just stay home I would have passed away. Following this event of course I will have to take things easy and be careful but my fitness routines were in no way the cause of this event, to the contrary, It’s what a
HOW I SOLVED MY LOWER BACK PAIN PROBLEM IN A VERY SIMPLE CHEAP AND VERY EFFECTIVE WAY! The one single simple exercise that has cured my lower back pain for good!
Sometimes the very very simple solutions don’t seem like they could solve big problems, until you find out they do!
I HAVE SUFFERED FROM LOWER BACK PAIN FOR 30 years, despite having been a very fit and strong athlete my whole life. But the problem that was never explained to me was that I had a huge muscle imbalance between my front core muscles and my rear ones. Years of trying all types of cures and exercises spending way too much money to visit orthopedic doctors and chiropractors, all to fix the problem for the short term and alleviate the discomfort, but the solutions were always temporary and short lived! Ten years ago, after I had severe pains and had to go to the chiropractor a few times, I decided to look on YT for all types of solutions to try to learn from anyone what they did to solve their back pain problem. I had viewed over 100 videos and tried all those methods that seemed to make sense and to be helpful… the first one was the SUPERMAN exercise to help ease my problem and I started doing it on a daily basis. I started doing leg elevations laying on the edge of the bed, or a table and that was good too. A couple of years later I was exercising with the Swiss ball and I realized that using it gave me the best and easiest way to perform the different variations of this exercise, and my lower back problem have become a minor problem, they would resurface only if I stop being consistent with making sure to routinely perform this exercises and many other complementary core exercises! I will share more on my go to core strength exercises and how to re-establish muscle balance around the core belt!
But, be mindful, this exercise is not intended to solve more complex and serious conditions, for those cases you have to seek professional help.

My fast recovery from surgery was gradually achieved starting with buco le rides, both using my montano bike and a stationary bike just 3 weeks after my surgery. Whenever you need to get back in shape, recover from an injury or like in my case, a major surgery, biking is one of the best, easiest, safest ways to get back to activity.
