Just a quick update to tell everyone [please re-post this email as wide exposure of the corrupt judicial system in Connecticut is endemic] that the Danbury Superior Court Judge, Shaban, is unable to discern truth from fiction and outright lies. He gets his facts not only wrong, but he is blatantly biased, and prejudice toward self-litigant seniors, while panding to insurance company's [Liberty Mutual] and public adjusters alike (The Public's Adjuster, LLC] both of which violated State Statutes,the law and court orders with impunity.
Judges Shaban and Medina have no respect or inclination to uphold the law, especially the Constitution. The same applies to the Judicial Review Council, our State Representaives and congress people, the Govenor and the Attorney Genera. They are equally culpable when it comes to judicial abuse of power and discretion, even when faced with specific statutes which 100% supported out lawwsuit against the swine of a company Liberty Mutual. Everyone is guaranteed a jury trial by the Constitution, but Shaban said "NO" not in hs court and remote wirnesses were also prevented from testigying, as he hates us.
We may have lost a battle in our insurance claim against our disgusting insurer, who spent 5 1/2 years of litigation to save $31,085.72, and no doubt spent well over $$$$$$$, but we are not going down without a fight in the Appellate Court, and Supreme Court if necessary, possibly the US Supreme Court as this issue affects everyone who has aany insurance We are need to get the State General Assembly and Judiciary Committee to instigate impeachment against Shaban, but so far they are relaxing and spending our taxpayers money at our expense.
