About the Magazine & Reflection Team
Reflection W&R Mag was a dream project of Kumar Vikrant and he strongly believed in Creative writing. Kumar Vikrant is engaged in government job and he is a well-known creative writer. He is part of many anthologies and published novels. in January 2011, he started an e-magazine with a view to promoting literary works and to providing a platform for budding talent. This is how our digitally publishing journey has begun with like-minded creative people all over the world. Through this magazine we try to bring together art and aesthetic along with developing a sense of community feeling for writers of all backgrounds. This Magazine is a periodical one and we always endeavour to come up with a new issue in every three months if everything goes well. Since 2021, we have been working with print copies by publishing essays, articles, interviews, stories, poems, art section, teen’s zone with illustrations and strong content. This is a general interest magazine that contains something for all readers.
About our Team:
We have an excellent and dedicated troop of Editors who plan, coordinate, and revise material for publication in this magazine. They discuss theme for the subsequent issues, review story ideas and decide what content will appeal the most to our readers. During the review process, editors offer comments to improve the writings and suggest titles and headlines to make the magazine eye-catching.
Advisory Members: Elizabeth Esguerra Castillo (Philippines) is a multi-awarded international author and poet; she is co-author to over 100 international anthologies; her works have been translated into 12 languages. She is also a Global Peace Ambassador and an award-winning youth leader.
Charles Darnell (USA) is also an advisory member of Reflection and a member of the Maverick Poetry Group in San Antonio, Texas.
Senior Editor: Dr. Ruchida Barman is a senior professor at the University and is also a brilliant writer. She has over 30 years of experience in teaching and editing.
Dr Ratan Bhattacharjee is a senior professor, a poet and author and experienced editor.
Dr Sahab Uddin is an Associate Professor whose creative writing and translation works reflect his thoughtful insight into the changing trends in culture and literature. He holds membership to different national and international social, literary organizations. We feel proud to have him as one of our senior editors.
Associate Editors: Dr Abhisarika Prajapati is an Assistant Professor in English, a Research Supervisor, a PhD Programme coordinator in the School of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences at REVA University, Bengaluru.
Dr. Mausumi Mullik, Assistant Professor and Head, Department of English, S. M. Govt. Women's College, Phulbani.
Dr Ram Sharma is a principal at SSB PG college Ballis (UP) and passionate writer and editor.
Praveen Gola is also a well-known poet, writer and experienced editor.
Muzzammil Shah is an English lecturer. He composes poems both in English and Urdu. At present, he is engaged in teaching.
Uma Sharma writes literary articles and book reviews. She writes on topics like stereotyping, inclusion, gender inequality.
Consulting Editors: Shahid Khan is in a government job. He is a poet and a writer by passion. He extends his help in proof reading besides being a regular contributor to our magazine.
Anurag Sharma is a senior teacher in Delhi. He has been editing, proof-reading and passionately writing poems for about 10 years. He believes that Poetry dwells in each rhythm of this moving universe.
Research Editor: Dr. Priyanka Mathur is a scholar and a perfect guide to enlighten us for quality improvement.
Art Director: Raj Verma is a talented artist who always enriches our magazine with his wonderful art work.
Associate Art Director: Neelam kumara, has done Masters in Fine Arts and she is an art teacher in National Public Inter College in Lucknow. She is a wonderful artist and we are proud to have her artistic work and creative ideas.
Editor in Chief: Iram Fatima ‘Ashi’ a non-resident Indian staying in Saudi Arabia. She is a part of above 67 books and winner of 5 awards from Aagman and GlandorX for her literary contribution. She is a dedicated editor, a poetess, writer, painter and above all, an artist by heart.
