Hey! I'm making a Christmas Survival Guide for and with service users... does anyone have any tips/advice/artwork etc etc that I could add to it?

Christmas can be a lonely, busy, emotional or generally stressful time for people... so how can we help people prepare for it in the most helpful way?

I'm trying to write the next issue of Ugly Love and was having a look through some previous ones. I'm still really proud of this article. Perversely it has helped me to encourage myself to get creating stuff again...

Can you tell me about an band, album or a song that changed something in your life or caused a great moment?

For example, you met someone at a gig that you ended up dating, an artist inspired you to visit somewhere, the first song your kid heard, something you remember every time you hear it etc etc
