Best thing about driving 8 hours back from the Panhandle to Central Texas? This. Underwood’s BBQ in Brownwood. Made it with minutes to spare, racing like Arthur Morgan on the Texas backroads, dodging wild hogs and coyotes in the dark for their BBQ beef steak and Cherry Cobbler. Delicious!
