Adel "BiG AL" Ghandour is the man behind the world's leading electronic label group Ready Mix Records, Itom Records, Haute Musique, Empty Whisky Flask and Tiny Lamp. BiG AL has over 20 years of experience in the music business. With past residencies at the World Renowned Stereo Night Club in Montreal, Circus Afterhours Montreal, B018 Beirut, Cubes Abu Dhabi and Amika Dubai. BiG AL also served as the talent buyer and artist relations director for over 3 years at club Stereo as well as hosting the Ready Mix Sessions events in Montreal, Beirut, Miami, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Amman and inviting guests from all over the world to join him. He also hosts the Ready Mix Sessions Radio show on over 10 web based radio stations including Proton Radio and Tunnel FM along with a podcast with over 50,000 subscribers. With over 200 artists signed on his labels and hundreds of original productions and remixes under his belt under different aliases such as "Beat Factory' "Harlem Knights' "The Suppliers' and "Soul Collective', BiG AL is truly an asset to the label. Their mission to discover the freshest, coolest and most remarkable new electronic music and artists the world has to offer.
