Kicking off the 2023 season with the story of Oren Salomon, the founder of @starshipbagel. Sometimes when you can’t find the perfect version of what you’re searching for, you have to make it yourself. For Oren, the search for the perfect bagel in Dallas resulted in the creation of bagels that NY and NJ transplants are saying are “as good as the best bagels in the northeast”. Using the highest quality ingredients and a drive to only produce the best, the results are crave-worthy.
