N.O.I.S.E is a de-centralized collective of artists exploring the extremes of sound. Anyone is free to organize/curate compilations, provided they are in the experimental/noise vein. The original base of operations was a reddit page, reddit.com/r/noisecomps. However, projects have since become a bit more diversified and this page should be used in the same way. The Network is nobody.
