We are an online publication comprised of a diverse group of young people with varying opinions on politics, culture and the world in general. The site is politically unaligned, and our individual members come from a wide range of cultural, ideological & religious backgrounds. Centrethought is therefore a place for us to promote and debate our ideas, and our contributors are encouraged to express
their opinions in order to generate discussion around issues. We don’t seek to just report on news; that’s what news services are for. Rather we will deconstruct what’s happening around us in our own words. We have a team of regular and occasional contributors, and welcome members of the public to also submit their own articles. Our posts are usually limited to 400-500 words apiece, to make them more palatable (the eyes of readers tend to glaze over when confronted with long pieces of writing).
