I finally got around to editing my short experience at #LotteWorld in Seoul last year.
It was cute and worth a visit. We stayed at the Lotte World Hotel(which was beautiful!) so admission to Lotte World was included with our stay 🥰 we had our own private entrance! It was worth the experience 😍

📍Save this for later!You gotta do a hanbok photoshoot when you visit Seoul 😍 here are some tips from my experience. 👗 Hanbok rental: As I stated, I really wish I shopped around more. If you search “hanbok rental” right by Gyeongbokgung Palace, you’ll see there’s a whole block of shops! Walk around and see what you like. The place we went to had super basic hair styling options & basic men’s outfit. I was so sad when I saw WAY better options for men 😭 so learn from my mistakes. Arrive to the area at least an hour ahead & look around. A lot of shops offer free hairstyling with hanbok rental & the other shops had better styles! They didn’t even curl my hair 😩 my Makeup Artist came through for that part! I believe we paid about $50 USD for both outfit rentals. ——💄 @ellenmuse_mup Again with just wanting the whole experience, I chose to get my makeup done by a Korean makeup artist 😍 She was so sweet! She was also kind enough to help curl my hair 🙏 Makeup & hair was about $80 USD. —— 📸 @redpole.snap I’m so glad I chose him! He was professional and knew how to direct + pose us. He paid attention to small details which I appreciate so much. & of course the 🔥 videos he helped capture for us! It always tough when I ask for videos because I usually have to direct the person holding the camera AND direct my movements but he was awesome. He knew the angles, I just had to direct my husband & I. Make sure you reach out to him if you need photos in Seoul 😍 We spent about $125 USD for a photographer & I will definitely be doing this again!Hope this helps! Getting my makeup done was very different but I really wanted to see what I would look like with Asian-style makeup. I feel like it would’ve looked better if I didn’t have lash extensions 🥲 maybe next time!
Being a Makeup Artist myself, I knew there would be some things that I’m very particular about so I did bring my own makeup to touch up. It was a nice experience to be in the seat for a change and see what my clients go thru ❤️❤️

It was a blessing in disguise that Wat Arun was closed that weekend we were there because I LOVED Wat Ben so much. I feel like the architect and designs fit my aesthetic so much more 😍 make sure to look around at other temples to see which one you like more too!
