Diez años desde que se publicó el primer lanzamiento del sello. El próximo 1 de marzo Modern Obscure Music vuelve a Nica Bonay para celebrar uno de los eventos que conmemoran su décimo aniversario con invitados de lujo. El enigmático artista italiano SSIEGE actuará en directo, Lilly aka Dj Sport, Da Silva y John Heaven tres de los djs con más talento de la ciudad pincharán para hacernos bailar hasta el final.

Ten years since the label’s first release. On March 1st Modern Obscure Music returns to Nica Bonay to celebrate one of the events commemorating its tenth anniversary with luxury guests. The enigmatic Italian artist SSIEGE will perform live, Lilly aka Dj Sport, Da Silva and John Heaven three of the most talented djs in town will play to make us dance until the end.

Barcelona based label Modern Obscure Music curates his second night at Berlin's club, Arkaoda. On November 3rd, Modern Obscure Music returns to the depths of the club to present an evening of experimental music and dance like no other. We are pleased to announce the presence of a very special guest for this occasion: the renowned Dutch DJ, Dj Marcelle. Known for her eclectic mixes and exquisite musical taste, Dj Marcelle will take us on a sonic journey that combines melodies from around the world with abstract rhythms and underrated gems. In addition, the founder of the label, Pedro Vian, will delight us with his first solo live performance in Berlin. He will present new compositions that will soon see the light. An unmissable opportunity to immerse yourself in his evolving sonic world. And to top off the night in grand style, we'll have the presence of two of Berlin's most prominent selectors: Moon & Mann, the masterminds behind the MMDiscos label. These two artists have left their mark on the city with expansive sets capable of getting anyone on their feet. Get ready for an epic finale.

Nine years since the label's inception, Modern Obscure Music celebrates its anniversary with three very special luxury guests and the label's founder in Nica Bonay.

Maria Somerville (renowned for her Early Bird show on NTS radio) will be kicking off proceedings, followed by a live set from Danish artist, Croatian Amor (Posh Isolation). And in true celebratory fashion, Pedro Vian (Modern Obscure Music) will close the event.

Croatian Amor realises a distinct and brilliant intimacy about the bracing pace and chronicles of the contemporary world. Hailing from Copenhagen, Rahbek operates the label Posh Isolation, a place of incubation for many artists from across Scandinavian experimental music, including many of his own collaborators. As Croatian Amor, Rahbek's most crucial and imaginative account is laid bare.

Often using a mesh of real events and places as a platform for a largely dreamlike play, Croatian Amor composing with pop artefacts of the circuits that interlace our lives. Sometimes speaking in loneliness, though often telling of trysts, Croatian Amor presents a longing for indeterminate sensation. Employing a medley of diffuse electronic music traditions, fantastical synthetic worlds are evoked to make this world just a little more habitable.
