Update: Ongaro goes 36 sec lap @ EFRA Euros A 😎 As expected Ronnefalk goes FX Engines 😎 At the OngaroRing Euros practice, lap times now are down to 37 sec laps for top drivers and 45 sec for medium drivers, a huge gap already 🙁 Ongaro, Ronnefalk, Canas, Polito, Kilic, Figueiredo are fast in the afternoon 😎 Ongaro had to skip first free practice: I will skip the first free practice because of a decision from the federation and people cant stop talking, so I will start directly with second free practice 🙁

Boots, Kilic, Ronnefalk, Canas, Tavernon, Jones, are fast after 2 rounds of practice @ OngaroRing Euros A 😎 No meaning of course, around 40 sec lap times 😎 Scaramozzino is there 😎 At the Euros Coelho gets the Hype with a strange HobbyWing system mounted on a Nitro Buggy, maybe not his, as it has Futaba servos, unless he changed from Savox 😎 In Spain Jose Sales, ready with his Infinity IFB8 😎

Ronnefalk and Bertin part ways. Just before the Euros & the Worlds is this FX time for the XRAY driver? Its time to end what has been the longest chapter in my racing career and it was a very successful one. Its impossible for me to put into words how incredibly grateful I am to have had the chance to work so close with Adrien Bertin.

After receiving the message from FAMAR that the track in Costa Rica was unable to organize the event due to noise issues IFMAR has contacted FEMCA to see if there was an organizer available. At the end the decision was to give the event to the Huge RC facility in Bangkok. For the moment we have a date and a location and we hope all blocs will support the event.

On Road: IFMAR states: We were just informed by FAMAR that the Costa Rica 1/10 Nitro Worlds event needs to be cancelled due to noise issues with a neighbor party. Off Road: Latest Tekno RC NB48 2.2 New flex tuned split design 7075 CNC machined shock towers, 93.5mm rear universal drive shafts, precision molded shock pistons and guides, reduced ackermann spindle plates, adjustable sway bar deadband bushings, -2mm front rear bulkheads and rear hubs, revised LRC spindles, revised shock standoffs, new inner hinge pin sleeves.

IFMAR 1/5 Worlds in Australia cancelled: It is with disappointment that for the first time in IFMAR history we are forced to cancel an event due to lack of competitors. The 2024 1/5th Scale IFMAR Worlds in Sydney will not be proceeding. With just over 3 months to go we only have the formal commitment of 9 drivers to attend the race, with such low numbers of drivers it is not viable nor responsible to commit to run a World Championship. This was a joint, unanimous decision, between IFMAR FEMCA EFRA RCRA (who the committed racers represented) and the organizing club NSWRCRCC With 3 months until the event, yes there may have been last minute entries, however, even with the number of racers at double or triple it is still not enough for a viable event and it is not responsible or fair to allow the organizing club to take on such risk. IFMAR and the BLOCS will discuss the further running of Large Scale events in the future and try to find a solution. The Host Club is still committed to running an event within the same date schedule as the cancelled World Championship and are working with FEMCA for an alternative event. We encourage all large scale racers to look out for these details and support the club if you are able to.
