The Born to Smile: A Nation Reborn is an initiative by Footsteps. It is a 24 page magazine covering the miscellaneous contribution of the youth based organizations of Bangladesh in combating poverty and illiteracy, adapting to climate change and achieving the other Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Although Bangladesh possesses an active and innovative youth community, it is quite unheard of in
a global scale. We aim to reach out to the global community, through series of United Nations conferences and Summits held throughout the globe. The goal is simple, to show the world what the youth in Bangladesh are capable of and to prove that they are able to inspire others. Magazine Credits:

The magazine has reached quite a number of eminent personalities, including Nobel Laureate and former Vice President of the Unites States of America, Al Gore, Grammy Award winning German songwriter, John Vezner,Director of Columbia University and Nobel Laureate Sir Jeffrey Saachs, a handful professors of renowned universities, a number officers in the Silicon Valley and delegates at United Nations. The pilot phase of the magazine has ended and the final piece will be coming out soon.
