Starting the year with self care!

I over did it with the sweets over the holidays, so I went to for a master detox.

After getting a 60 minute lymphatic treatment, I’m feeling less bloated and more like my old self.

I’m making this treatment a staple in my self care routine and I think you would enjoy the experience.
