After a lot of years of yo yo dieting, I finally gave in to the fact that my way "just isn't working" I owned a weight loss company in the past, and realize now that the tools I was promoting for weight loss were just a quick fix, but didn't solve the underline problem of eating to much and moving to little. I have stepped off that rollercoaster ride, and I have walked away from that business and

turned to beach body to reach my goals once and for all! Turning 50 is right around the corner for me, and my goal is to be in the best shape of my life by my 50th Birthday. It's never to late to get the body you have always dreamed of, so I welcome you to join my journey to becoming Fit and Fabulous !!!!!
