Severe thunderstorms struck Ada between 5:30 and 6:00 pm Thursday evening and forced the postponement of the city firework show until Friday night...but other professional pyrotechnic displays planned for tonight in the Denison and Durant areas look good to go. The Lake Murray shows is a little more iffy and will be a bit of a horse-race ahead to get it in ahead of the storms. Stay safe and have a great night!
