There is no plan in place to control delivery drones or develop an equivalent of air traffic control which currently administers manned flights. Chuck johnny amateur into the mix - 265,000 drone users in the UK and only 3% are professional pilots like me - and a lot of plastic and carbon fibre will be colliding over our cities. I can’t see it ever happening when you also factor in the constant sound of a swarm of bees above our heads 24/7. Nope.

A key area of debate is conspicuous by its absence at a recent policy conference on drones. Drone deliveries may make life in our cities unbearable.
