I have some very exciting news to share with everyone!

Paul Sebastian (a.k.a. Psykosonik, Power of Seven) and I are collaborating on an album inspired by the Marathon series of games, as well as cyberpunk and sci-fi genres. The working title of the album is "Echoes of Lh'owon", a reference to the profound impact that Marathon and those genres have had on our lives 30 years on!

I have put up the first track for the album, "Waves of Lhowon" on my bandcamp as a preview for the community. Waves is an atmospheric progressive synthwave journey of a track that pays homage to Paul's original theme for Marathon 2: Durandal and my experience of playing the game in general. I have put well over 1000 hours into this track at this point, and the goal for the album is to maintain a similar level of quality for all the tracks.

Paul and I are so excited to be working on this project together, and we can't wait to be able to release the whole thing to the community for this beloved game series on physical media. Hope you enjoy the track and are as excited about the album as we are!

I'm excited to officially launch two things today!

1) The official self-release of my single "Forged Instinct"
2) The kickoff of Electric Mirage Records 🥳

I've been hard at work learning Ableton since September of 2022, and this is my favourite creation of mine yet.

The original Killer Instinct theme by Robin Beanland ("The Instinct") has lived rent-free in my head since I was a kid playing the GameBoy version in the car on the way home. Even on a tiny mono speaker, the lead melody spoke to my soul.

This track is a love letter to video games and the power they have to move people, with a massive "thank you" to inspirations Robin Beanland and Mick Gordon, who composed the original and the 2014 themes for Killer Instinct, respectively.

I am allowing free downloads for the track because I don't want someone not to be able to have a track they really like just because they don't have a credit card or the budget to buy music each month. That being said, I have spent around 500 hours labouring over this track, so if you would like to give more than that, it would be, of course, very much appreciated!

Heavy on the 80s vibes and synths, this EP is atmospheric, melodic, and great for couch listening.

Very happy with the way this track has come so far, I hope you guys enjoy!

I spent months trying different combinations of kicks and burned snares, and forked the project three times before figuring out what I wanted to do. This track was inspired by the lovely pads in Circ
