I started doing pour over yesterday and I am quite

This food stall is a gem you will find in a small tent outside the Judicial Hall of Iba, Zambales. They sell the perfect breakfast to kick of your day. I’ve been here twice and it is really worth the trip. The Chicken Mami’s broth is rich that all you need is a spoonful of crunchy garlic and you are good to dig in. They normally serve it post breakfast hours since their breaky is normally the Goto. You can select which toppings you want for your Lugaw. Either Chicken, Innards or Beef. Solid. Then i ask for maybe 3 spoons of crunchy garlic. I’m a sucker for crunchy garlic and onion leeks. This is the best comfort food. Regardless of the weather.

What makes a scramble really good? Powdered Skimmed Milk and the sweet toppings! Perfect to perk up your mood. 🤤

Coffee extraction using DeLonghi Dedica. Used Kalinga Arabica Medium Roast. The grind is a bit medium fine but still got a bit of crema. This is still a learning process for me.
