When you get older in life, you tend to become comfortable in your current hobbies or interests, and learning new skills isn’t quite as easy as it was back when we were nippers 👶🏼 I must say, that it feels so rewarding and invigorating to be challenging myself & stepping out of my activity comfort zone, learning new skills and overcoming a fair bit of nerves when climbing outdoors 🧗🏼‍♀️

I’m very lucky to have received some awesome outdoor gear from Hi-Tec South-Africa allowing me to worry about one less thing when I’m outdoors…whilst hanging off a cliff…25 meters above the ground…with little experience (but you gotta go for it right?!) 🤷🏼‍♀️😂 I’d be curious to know when the last time was that you tried something new? And how difficult/easy you found it?
