gnition they deserve. Unlike the Major Film and Music Industries, our artists are making killer art in various formats; our musicians are writing, producing and recording some intense music; but the bottom line is, the vast majority of them are doing it with their own money, with their own minds, and a considerable amount, with their own recording gear or that of a friend! We don't have the luxury of a multibillion dollar record label of film studio signing us and plopping down our living expenses and production costs as an advance. And we do it as well and sometimes, WE DO IT BETTER!! It's About Damn Time This Talent Is Recognized!!! Although the idea was founded and promoted through Carpe Nocturne Magazine, Carpe's Publisher says he wants unilateral cooperation between indie labels and indie music publications for the purpose of developing an awards system based on actual talent and accomplishments and judged by various independent judges from all aspects of our culture. We DO NOT want Hype Fest where winners are created rather than Awards earned! Awards founder, Bob Donovan, is requesting that the indie labels and publications around the world that are involved in this culture step forward and take an active role in being part of the awards system. Forget your competitive nature and make a entire scene and culture unify and work together for one event each year. This Is Our Chance To Seize The Night
